To use Bulkie, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal authority to bind your company or organization to these Terms (if registering on its behalf).
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any third-party policies (e.g., Meta Marketing API Terms, Google OAuth policy).

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify any part of the Service.
• Misuse integrations to access unauthorized data or functionality.
• Attempt to disrupt or degrade the performance or security of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

You retain full ownership of your content, including ad data, reports, and uploaded assets.

By using Bulkie, you authorize us to:

• Access and process data from integrated platforms strictly for delivering service functionality.
• Store necessary metadata for report generation, analytics, and asset management.

Bulkie integrates with external platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Dropbox, Box) under their respective terms and scopes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage complies with those terms.

Bulkie is not liable for downtime, policy changes, or feature limitations introduced by third-party APIs.

All content, code, design, and documentation provided by Bulkie (excluding user content and third-party materials) are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Remove content or data that violates applicable law or policy.

You may stop using Bulkie at any time, but account deletion requests must be made via email at support@bulkie.app.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, data accuracy, or integration continuity with third-party services.

We are not responsible for business losses, ad delivery issues, or revenue loss due to outages or data syncing delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulkie is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss, interruption, or platform errors beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
