Privacy Policy

Effective: July 8, 2025
Last Updated: July 8, 2025
1. Who We Are

Bulkie ("we", "our", or "us") is a software platform that helps marketers, advertisers, and agencies streamline the process of creating and publishing ad campaigns across multiple platforms. We provide integrations with third-party services like Meta (Facebook), Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box to enable asset imports and analytics syncing.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and your rights in relation to your data.

2. What Data We Collect

A. Account Information

When you create an account on Bulkie, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organization/company name
  • Authentication identifiers (via Supabase or OAuth)

B. API-Connected Services

When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Meta), we may access the following, based on your authorization:

Google Drive: File metadata (name, MIME type), thumbnails, and binary file content when selected by the user
Dropbox: File metadata, folder structure, and file content for files the user selects
Box: User file metadata and selected file content
Meta: Ad IDs, insights data (e.g., impressions, clicks, spend), campaign metadata

We do not access your entire drive or media library. We only access content explicitly selected by you during the integration process.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide Bulkie's features. This includes:

  • Importing image/video assets to Cloudflare R2 so they can be reused in ads
  • Fetching analytics data from Meta to power your performance dashboards
  • Generating automated reports using the insights you have authorized us to retrieve
  • Displaying previously imported assets in your Bulkie dashboard
  • Managing your workspace and team settings

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data outside of this functional scope.

4. How We Store Your Data
  • User profile data is stored securely in Supabase, with full Row-Level Security enforcement
  • Uploaded and imported assets are stored in Cloudflare R2
  • OAuth tokens and third-party credentials are encrypted and stored securely in our api_integrations database
  • Data transferred between the browser and server is encrypted via HTTPS
  • We maintain daily backups and log all access to sensitive systems
5. Third-Party APIs and Permissions

We comply with each third-party's platform policy regarding data access:

🔹 Google API Services

Bulkie's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

🔹 Dropbox API

Bulkie accesses Dropbox APIs with scoped, user-level tokens and only reads user-approved file content.

🔹 Box API

We use the Box API to allow users to browse and import files; we do not access data outside the selected file(s).

🔹 Meta Marketing API

Bulkie uses Meta's API to fetch performance data and ad-level insights only for the ad accounts connected by the user or organization.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
  • You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support@bulkie.app
  • You may revoke API access to third-party services (Google, Meta, Dropbox, Box) at any time through their respective account dashboards
  • Unused OAuth tokens are purged automatically after expiration
7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to access your data
  • Right to correct your data
  • Right to delete your data
